If an account is proven invalid due to an issue from our side, PVABAY may provide a replacement after proper verification. If a valid replacement is not available, a refund may be issued according to our refund policy.
Our standard account checking and replacement guarantee applies within 48 hours after purchase, unless a different guarantee period is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Account Validity
An account may be considered invalid if the login details are incorrect at the time of delivery, the account is already blocked or inaccessible before customer use, or the delivered product does not match the purchased product description.
PVABAY may request screenshots, screen recordings, order number, purchase email, or other proof to verify the issue before approving any replacement or refund request.
Customer Responsibility
After account delivery, the customer is fully responsible for how the account is used, managed, secured, modified, or stored.
Customers must read the product description carefully before purchase, check the delivered account as soon as possible, keep account information private, avoid sharing login details with third parties, and follow the rules and terms of the original platform where the account belongs.
Once an account is delivered and confirmed working, PVABAY cannot take responsibility for future restrictions, security checks, password changes, recovery issues, account loss, or any problem caused by customer activity.
Prohibited Use
Accounts purchased from PVABAY must not be used for harmful, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam, mass messaging, fake engagement, or abusive automation.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, identity misuse, or financial abuse.
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate activity, or harmful behavior toward others.
- Data theft, unauthorized access, or violation of privacy.
- Any activity that violates the terms of service of the original platform.
- Using accounts in a way that may damage PVABAY, our suppliers, customers, or any third party.
- Reselling or redistributing purchased accounts without permission, if the product terms do not allow it.
If a customer uses an account for illegal or prohibited activity, the responsibility belongs fully to the customer. PVABAY does not support, promote, or take responsibility for misuse after delivery.
Replacement Policy
PVABAY may replace an account if the issue is verified and the problem happened before customer use.
Replacement may be approved if the account was invalid at the time of delivery, the login credentials were incorrect, the account was blocked or inaccessible before the customer used it, the issue is reported within the guarantee period, and the customer provides proper proof of the problem.
Replacement may be rejected if the account was already used successfully, the customer changed the password or security information, the account was shared with another person, the customer violated platform rules, the account was used for spam, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity, the issue was reported after the guarantee period, or the customer cannot provide proper proof.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the account is proven invalid due to PVABAY’s fault, a replacement is not available, the issue is reported within the guarantee period, and the customer has not violated these Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are not available for valid delivered accounts, wrong purchases made by the customer, change of mind after purchase, accounts already used or modified, accounts restricted due to customer activity, or orders where the product description was clearly provided before purchase.
Refunds may be processed through the available payment method supported by PVABAY.
Order Access and Download
Customers should download, copy, or safely store their purchased account details immediately after delivery.
PVABAY may allow customers to access paid order details for a limited time. After that period, access to old order data may not be available.
The customer is responsible for preserving delivered account information after purchase.
Support Policy
If you face any issue with your purchase, please contact PVABAY support with your order number, purchase email, product name, a clear explanation of the issue, and screenshots or screen recordings if required.
Our support team will review the request and respond according to our support, replacement, and refund policy.
PVABAY does not provide training, marketing strategy, platform growth advice, or technical coaching for using third-party platforms. We only provide support related to product delivery, account validity, replacement requests, refund eligibility, and order-related issues.
Right to Refuse Service
PVABAY reserves the right to refuse service, block access, cancel support, or reject refund and replacement requests if a customer abuses support staff, uses rude or threatening language, repeatedly submits false claims, misuses purchased accounts, violates these Terms & Conditions, or attempts fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy manipulation.

Customer Confirmation
By placing an order on PVABAY, the customer confirms that they have read the product description carefully, understand what they are purchasing, agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, and will use the purchased product responsibly and legally.
The customer also confirms that responsibility shifts to the customer after successful delivery and that violating these terms may cancel the guarantee, replacement option, or refund eligibility.
Supplier and Seller Policy

PVABAY reserves the right to suspend or remove any supplier account if suspicious, duplicate, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity is detected.
Any supplier found violating our rules may lose access to the platform, and pending balances may be held, adjusted, or reviewed according to our internal supplier policy.
