If your order is completed, the delivery email has already been sent. Sometimes Gmail, Yahoo, or other providers may move it to the Spam/Junk folder instead of the inbox. Please check there and mark it as 'Not Spam'. To avoid this in the future, add our email (abspva@gmail.com) to your Contacts. You can also view delivery status from My Account → Orders.

Most orders are delivered instantly once payment is confirmed. In some cases, it may take a few minutes depending on system load.

Custom area code accounts are not pre-made. When you place an order, we create them manually. This may take 24 to 72 hours, depending on your request.

You can always check your order history and delivery status directly from My Account → Orders on our website.

If your crypto payment is pending, please check your wallet. If the transaction hasn’t confirmed on the blockchain, we haven’t received it yet. Once confirmed, your order will be processed automatically.

Every account has a 48-hour (2-day) guarantee from delivery time. Any issues within this period will be replaced at no extra cost.

We only create and deliver accounts—we do not control Google’s policies. However, if an account is disabled within our 48-hour guarantee period, we will replace it free of charge.
